Basic Information
He was first educated at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem where he studied philosophy and Classical Studies (B.A.). He completed his Master studies in philosophy at the University Paris-Sorbonne (Paris IV) and a second Master in Hebrew and Jewish Studies at the University Paris VIII in France. His PhD dissertation on the evolution of Aristotle's theory of substance from the Categories to the Metaphysics was written at the University of Göttingen in Germany.
