Basic Information

LIU Xiaoting, male, Han nationality, born in Chaoyang, Liaoning Province in April, 1963. He received his B.S. degree from Harbin Normal University and his M.Phil. degree from Jilin University, and was promoted to professor in 1995.In March, 2001, he was transferred to Beijing Normal University from Harbin College.

 Main Research Field

The philosophy of Leibnitz, science and technology, philosophy of naturalism, theory of civilization, etc.

Main Published Books

He has published more than 10 books, including Introduction to Individual Epistemology, Concepts of the Future, and Science of Society, and published more than 300 papers. He presided over more than 10 topics at home and abroad.

Adjunct Academic Posts

He has won the first prize of provincial and ministerial level scientific research and teaching 6 times and the international academic research prize 4 times.
